Reclaim Your Garage

The garage finally looks
the way it should.

Overhead tracks and ceiling-mounted openers have always been ugly. The industry accepted them because they were the only option — hardware designed decades ago for garages that were small, low, and purely functional. Today's garages are none of those things.

Modern homes are being built with taller walls, larger footprints, and garages that serve as real living and working spaces. With 9 and 10-foot openings now standard in new construction, there's finally enough room for the door to rotate as one piece and stay in the opening. The ceiling doesn't need to be involved at all — and once that hardware is gone, the room looks like it was designed this way from the start.

Why This System

Fewer parts. Cleaner ceiling.

No Overhead Track
The entire system lives on the wall. Clean ceiling from day one — for lighting, storage, gym rigs, or just headroom.
No Hinges. No Rollers.
What's removed is what fails first. No worn rollers, bent hinges, or lubrication schedule. Quieter and longer-lasting by design.
Standard Panels
Works with most 2.0″–2.5″ sectional panels your installer already sources. No special door required.
Manual Fallback
Spring counterbalance keeps the door operable by hand if power fails. No hydraulics, no dependency on electricity.
7–10 ft Openings
Modern homes with taller garage openings are exactly where this system thrives — no low-clearance workarounds.
LiftMaster Slide Lock
Positive mechanical lock when closed — bracket, sprocket, chain, and actuator mount all pre-engineered for the 98022.

Plug-and-Play — Motion Activated

02

03

RGBW — Dedicated White Channel

Real task-level output, tunable for ambiance. Configured from your phone, no app required.

Sizing & Fit

Built to the opening.
Not the frame.

The door installs the same way a standard system would — it's the panel dimensions themselves that differ slightly from the framed opening, not the hardware or the install method.

01

Built Slightly Narrower Than the Opening

The door itself is fabricated a bit narrower than the framed opening, so it can swing through and land cleanly without binding on the jambs.

02

Height Stays Standard — Just a Touch Taller

Same standard heights the industry already builds to. The door is sized slightly taller than the opening, same logic as the width.

Example: A 16-foot garage door opening needs a door built slightly narrower than 16 feet — around 15 feet, 10 inches is typical. Height follows the same principle: standard heights, sized a little taller than the opening.

Install Documentation →
What's different about this versus a standard door system? +

A traditional sectional door runs on overhead track with a ceiling-mounted motor. This system eliminates both — the door pivots as a single piece, all hardware mounts to the wall, and the ceiling is completely clear. Fewer moving parts, less noise, nothing wearing out above you.

Will my existing door panels work? +

Most modern triple-layer sectional panels between 2.0″ and 2.5″ thick are compatible — flat interior face required. Submit your dimensions and we'll confirm compatibility before any payment is taken.

Can I install this myself? +

No — this is a professional installation product. A licensed garage door professional with experience in specialty installations is required. The kit ships to your installer, not direct to homeowners.

How do I find an installer outside of Utah? +

Check our dealer map first. If no one is listed near you, contact a custom garage door company in your area that does specialty or architectural work. Reach out to us and we can help point you in the right direction.

What headroom do I need? +

12″ above the opening for springs and the top-of-door arc. Floor-to-ceiling minimum is 95″ across all door heights (7–10 ft). Full dimension details at install instructions.

What is the lead time from order to delivery? +

Fabrication runs 4–5 weeks from confirmed order. Freight adds 3–7 business days. Plan 5–7 weeks order to installed door — we give you an accurate timeline when your order is confirmed.
