The Next Evolution of Garage Door Design
Most garage doors are built on a decades-old concept — tracks, rollers, and bulky overhead hardware designed to tuck a door into a tight ceiling space.
Modern homes aren’t built that way anymore.
A Clean Motion That Changes Everything
Instead of rolling up on tracks, the door rotates and lifts in a controlled pivot motion.
The result is a smooth, elegant movement that keeps the garage interior open, uncluttered, and visually quiet.
No overhead tracks.
No exposed rollers.
No bulky hardware dominating your ceiling.
Just simple, intentional motion.
Our Hardware Kit provides the critical components needed to convert standard sectional panels into a modern pivot door with integrated automation and clean installation.
Designed for most modern triple-layer garage doors ranging from 1.5″ to 2.5″ thick.
Each kit is custom built for your project.

Maximum height: 10 ft
Larger sizes coming soon
Large garages, taller ceilings, and intentional architecture give us the opportunity to rethink how a garage door should move — and how it should look.
Our patent-pending Trackless Pivot Door System eliminates the cluttered overhead mechanism and replaces it with a clean, architectural motion that feels refined, quiet, and effortless.
Designed for Modern Architecture
Our system was created specifically for custom homes where clean lines and intentional design matter.
By removing the traditional track system, the garage becomes a more refined space — whether you use it for parking, storage, a gym, or a workshop.
The door becomes part of the architecture instead of just a functional necessity.
Built in St. George, Utah
Every Trackless Pivot system is engineered and built in our shop here in St. George.

If you’re local, we’d love to collaborate on your project.
How the System Works
Our patent-pending design transforms standard sectional door panels into a one-piece pivoting door using a precision hardware system.
The door rotates while lifting vertically, maintaining balance and smooth operation throughout travel.
The lifting force is applied within the central region of the door, allowing controlled rotation while keeping the door stable and properly counterbalanced.
This creates a motion that feels effortless while supporting large, heavy doors.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes this different from a standard garage door?
Traditional doors rely on tracks and rollers that store the door overhead. Our system eliminates those components and uses a pivoting motion that keeps the ceiling open and creates a cleaner architectural look.
Can this work with an arched opening?
Because the door sits within the opening, arches limit how high the door can open. Square openings are strongly recommended for full functionality.
Is this a universal kit?
No. Every hardware kit is built to order based on your door size, weight, and project specifications.
How far does the door sit inside when open?
When fully open, the door sits inside approximately half of its height.
Example: An 8-foot door sits inside about 4 feet.
Can I buy just the hardware without motor or lights?
Individual components will be available soon. Currently the system is offered as a complete kit.
What types of doors can be used?
Most modern triple-layer sectional garage door panels between 1.5″ and 2.5″ thick work well with the system.
What is the maximum size?
Currently rated for doors up to 18′ wide and 10′ tall with a maximum weight of 500 lbs.
Is this system patent pending?
Yes — our Trackless Pivot system is patent pending and engineered specifically to provide controlled rotation and smooth lifting motion.
Who installs the system?
In Southern Utah, our team installs directly.
Outside Utah, a qualified garage door dealer can install using our hardware kit.
