The Pinnacle Steel series delivers the timeless charm of carriage house doors with the durability and low maintenance of steel construction. Built from 24-gauge premium steel, these doors feature three-layer sandwich construction (steel-insulation-steel) and a true 3/4" panel depth that creates authentic dimension and shadow lines rarely found in steel doors. The stiles and rails are bolted together rather than glued or overlayed, eliminating the risk of delamination and ensuring long-lasting structural integrity.

Finish options include standard baked-on enamel colors like White Mist, Light Almond, Dark Brown, Desert Taupe, Black, and Bronze. For a wood-like appearance without the upkeep, wood grain finishes are available in Walnut, Ash, and Natural tones. Over 70 powder coat colors are also available for custom matching, including metallic finishes. For additional depth and character, V-Groove and H-Groove panel options add recessed detailing that enhances the carriage house aesthetic. Window configurations range from arched to rectangular styles with various glass tint and insulated glass options. Insulation provides thermal efficiency, noise reduction, and quiet operation. With tongue-and-groove joints for weather resistance and pinch-resistant safety joints, these doors combine classic styling with modern performance and virtually maintenance-free ownership.
