Most garage doors are based on an old “one-size-fits-all” system. Tracks, rollers, and hardware designed to disappear into a tight space.
Modern homes aren’t built that way anymore. Larger garages and intentional architecture give us the opportunity to rethink how a door should move.
Our pivot door system eliminates the cluttered overhead mechanism and replaces it with a clean, simple motion that looks beautiful and keeps the interior of your garage open, refined, and unobstructed.

Q: What kind of door styles does this system work with?
A: All of them: Steel, aluminum, composite, and glass doors all work with this system.
Q: How much space does the garage door take up in the opening?
A: These garage doors take up 4-6” of space in the opening. 8’-10’ tall doors a perfect for this setup.
Q: How big can we go with this door?
A: Weight limit of 700 pounds. Max width is 18’. Height max at 12’
Q: I see this door swings out, how far?
A: Doors sit roughly in the middle of the opening and will extend outside one half the door height. Same on the inside
Q: How much headroom is required above the door to fit all the hardware?
A: We require 10” headspace for 8-10’ doors. 12” headspace for doors above 10’
Q: Is that a light system on the door?
A: Yes we have a motion controlled light system that mounts on the door and allows ample lightning in your garage. You'll never walk into a dark garage again.
