The Trackless Pivot System
It still closes and secures the garage, then opens up and overhead like any other door. It just does it with fewer parts: pivot arms on the wall, springs to balance the weight, and an opener that mounts beside the door.

When a normal door opens, it sits under the ceiling lights and leaves half the garage in shadow. Our door doesn't block anything, and the built-in LED bars add light where you need it.
