No tracks. No rails. No compromises. The Moenave pivot system mounts entirely within the door opening — delivering a clean, architectural look that traditional garage doors simply can't achieve. This is a complete hardware kit configured specifically for your project, designed to be installed by your local garage door company or a qualified contractor.

These are the components that make this system possible — the parts only Moenave makes.
This hardware system will lock all garage door panels together into one cohesive door leaf. It includes the mounting system to attach the door assembly to the wall and gives the door the structure to pivot open. This system also includes the LED lighting system. Including controller, wiring harness and LED light bar.
What Your Installer Sources Locally
Your local garage door company will need to supply:
Door panels — any manufacturer, sourced through your installer. You’ll need bottom and top weather seal.
Required door struts - We always recommend at least two struts, larger doors may require more strutting.
Torsion springs, torsion tubes, center coupler and 1” bore bearings — sized to your door weight using our spring calculator, we recommend solid split shaft setups. We'll help you configure the correct springs.
Wall-mount operator — we recommend the Liftmaster 98022, widely available through most garage door dealers
This is intentional. Contact a few local garage door companies, tell them you want to install a pivot door using Moenave hardware, and ask them to quote the panels, springs, motor and installation. Most garage door companies can provide these items — the Moenave kit gives them the remaining items they need to make it work. We supply the hardware that makes the pivot system possible.

Is this a universal kit? No — each kit is built to your exact specifications. That's what makes it work. Submit your project details and we'll configure everything correctly.
Can this work with an arched opening? Square openings are strongly recommended. Because the door pivots within the opening, an arch limits how far the door can open and may prevent full operation.
Do I need to find my own springs and motor? Yes — and that's by design. Your garage door installer will source springs, torsion tubes, panels, and an operator locally. We'll provide the spring sizing spec so they get it right. We're available to help configure the correct springs for your door weight.
Can I buy individual components? Individual components will be available soon. For now, all kits ship complete.
